Manager-External Training
The job profile requires the manager to roll out training through external franchisees across the country. Also the manager has to develop and deliver training.
The candidate should have a Masters degree/ MBA preferable with 4+ years of experience and exposure to corporate training and franchise management.

Placement and Marketing Coordinator
The profile requires exposure in campus placement and placement coordination. Also will have to market the Training programs of the company to potential candidates.
The candidate should be a Graduate/ MBA preferable with 3+ years of experience in a BPO/ Educational institution.

Course Coordinator
The job profile requires the Course Coordinator to be the in-charge of the syllabus and the curriculum of the certification program. Also oversee the recruitment and enrollment process along with the issue of certificates.

The candidate should be a Graduate/ MBA preferable with 2+ years of experience with exposure to operations and administration.
