Looking at your health condition, the management has decided to relive you with immediate effect so that you can focus on your treatment at the earliest.
As you don’t have to serve the notice period of one month, we request you to handover all your work responsibilities at the earliest. We would also like to request you to be available on phone or email as and when needed until all the formalities are done.
