But now I need a leave extension for another three days from June 25th, 2022 to June 27th, 2022 until my next RTPCR test reports come negative.
Though there are no COVID-19 symptoms reflecting in my system but the doctor has prescribed me to stay in isolation to make sure that I do not infect anyone else.
I will make sure that I am able to report to work on June 28th, 2022 and I apologize for the inconvenience caused because of me. I hope you will understand my situation and grant me this extension.
