Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to request you to kindly extend my leave by two days as my wife is still not keeping well. I had submitted a leave application for three days from June 08th, 2022 to June 10th, 2022 and now I am in need of another two days leave i.e. June 11th,2022 and June 12th, 2022 so that I can take care of my wife during her illness.
I will make sure that I am able to resume my work by June 11th, 2022. During these two days, I will be available on call as and when needed. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
