As a member of the sales team, you have to meet the set targets for every month and in case you are unable to do so for a particular month then you must work harder to perform better in the consecutive months. If you are unable to give desired results despite working hard, it is very important that you must talk to the team lead to know where are you going wrong so that you can work on your weak areas as no company prefers having employees who are not giving them the expected results.
