How to Calculate Overtime Pay for Employees

The following example shows how to calculate overtime salary for employee.

Basic Salary OR Gross Salary / Monthly Working Days = Per Day Salary.

Per Day Salary / 8 hrs = per Hour Salary

Per Hour Salary * overtime Hour = …………..

………….* 2 = Overtime Time Salary
