Please help me design a Company Policy Hand Book

Enclosed is the policy handbook. It’s a comprehensive document which covers the HR as wel as other aspects as desired.

Also would like to share that once you are done with the final booklet, it would still be difficult on the implementation front. The best way out is to make a presentation containing the gist of the draft and share the same with the required personnel (Managers and above).
