Dear Employees,
The purpose of writing this memorandum on behalf of the management is to inform all the employees about the new shifting policy that has been included in the regulation policy of the office.
We have been hearing complains about the problems that the employees have been witnessing about shifting their turnovers and therefore, taking this point into consideration we have come up with a new protocol. I would also like to mention that with the inclusion of the new policy, the previous policy is now stranded as many members have expressed their disagreement on it.
We are hopeful that all the employees are going to read thoroughly through the rules and are going to be following the shifting policy without any problems. All the changes have been made in the policy in order to make it better. This policy is going be effective from tomorrow and whosoever wishes to shift turnovers can now follow this new policy.
