Dear Andy,

I am writing this letter to inform you that you have been suspended from work for ten days starting from December 23rd, 2022.

We had to take this decision because you have been found stealing stationery from the office supplies store. As per the CCTV footage of January 12th, 2023, you have been found sneaking into the office supplies store and stealing the office stationery. Since long we have been noticing that office supplies are falling short but we were unable to found out a reason until we installed the cameras in that area.

If you have any explanation for the recording then we would be happy to hear from you. You may get in touch with the HR department to know more about your suspension. As per the Company’s policy, you will not be entitled for any salary during this time.

We are hopeful that you will take this suspension seriously and will not indulge in any kind of such activities that are not acceptable in our company.

Regards,

Simon Smith
