HrformatsESI Act is now applicable on employment of 10 employees or more on head counting. Such establishment/shops etc. having employment strength 10 or more drawing any salary (less than Rs. 15000/- p.m. or more than Rs. 15000/- p.m.) are now coverable under the ESI Act w.e.f. 01.04.2011. Copy of Notification in this regard is enclosed herewith.
This notification is applicable in NCT Delhi region only.
