On several occasions that included February 1, 2011 and June 25, 2011, I will like to bring to your attention the rude and incompetent behavior. His attitude toward me totally non-professional.
Throughout my tenure, always finds faults in everything I do I have never been late and always work and perform more than any of my colleagues even then they have all been given more responsibilities. The aforementioned incident has brought me mental anxiety.
It is my opinion that such behavior does not conform to XYZ Ltd, policies of appropriate workplace behavior as set out in Code of Conduct. I feel violated by Area manager behavior and believe that I have been harassed. I am aware that lodging a complaint against Area manager will require a formal investigation and I am prepared to participate as needed.
