Sample Candidate Rejection Letter

In the recruitment process, not all candidates are able to get selected. Like the onus of informing the selected candidates lies with the recruiter, the same way the responsibility of informing the rejected candidates also lies with the recruiter. As it is not good news, it gets a little difficult to choose the right words to put across the message.

If you are the HR Manager of your company then you must know how to frame such letters. Here is a sample template of candidate rejection letter which you can use to frame a customized letter including the required details. This has to be a short letter with a positive ending.

We have kept your resume in our database and will get in touch with you if there are suitable positions in near future. We would be happy you in our organization once you have gained some experience and then you can reapply.
