If xxxxxxxx uses newspapers, magazines, or any type of publication to recruit candidates, it will not disclose xxxxxxx identity, without xxxxxxx<strong> <\/strong>prior written consent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>If\u00a0 xxxxxxxx places a candidate for employment with xxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx consultancy fee will be\u00a0 as described below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 For Entry level positions\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 8.33% \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0of the gross annual CTC.<\/p>\n<p>B)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 For Middle level positions &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 10 %\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 of the gross annual CTC.<\/p>\n<p>C)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 For\u00a0 Senior level positions\u00a0 \u2013 \u00a012 %\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0of the gross annual CTC<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>The Consultancy fee will be payable to xxxxxxxxxx with in 15 days from the receipt of invoice subsequent to joining of candidate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>xxxxxx<\/strong> will consider the candidate as xxxxxxxx candidate only for a period of Three (3) months from the date it sends a complete version of a candidate\u2019s resume, provided<strong> <\/strong><strong>xxxxxxxxxx<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>received the candidate\u2019s resume from xxxxxxxx prior to the submission of such resume to <strong>xxxxx<\/strong> by any other entity or person.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>xxxxxxxxx agrees that any information receives or reviews regarding the candidate, including all information to which xxxxxxx is expected directly or indirectly, is proprietary and confidential toxxxxxxx<strong>.<\/strong><strong> xxxxxxx<\/strong> agrees that it will keep such information strictly confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party, or use it directly or indirectly for any purpose except to the extent necessary for the performance of recruiting services under this Agreement. Upon termination of this agreement, xxxxxxxxxxxwill return to <strong>xxxxxxx<strong> <\/strong><\/strong>or destroy all information disclosed to xxxxxxxx and all copies thereof.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>xxxxxxxx agrees that during the term of this Agreement, xxxxxxxx will not, without prior written consent of <strong>xxxxxxx<strong> <\/strong><\/strong>directly approach either for itself or for any third party, any employee of xxxxxxx for recruitment purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>xxxxxx will provide a free replacement to xxxxxxx in case a selected candidate leaves <strong>xxxxxxx <\/strong>before completing three (3) months of employment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>This Agreement will be effective beginning on the date above and will remain in full force effect until terminated by either party upon written notice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first written above:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.yourhrworld.com\/formats\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Agreement-For-Recruiting-Service.doc\">Click Here To Download Agreement For Recruiting Service<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px;
