Casual Workers should report to their work at sharp \u00a09.00 am<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Penalty for late coming \u2013 Staff<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maximum 3 times in a month will be provided as grace\/exemption up to 9.05am<\/p>\n<p>2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 After grace period of 3 times for every late coming the payment deduction will be as follows<\/p>\n<p>a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Salary less than Rs. 5000\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0=\u00a0 \u00a0Rs. 100 per day<\/p>\n<p>b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Salary between Rs. 5001 to 10000 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0= \u00a0\u00a0Rs. 200 per day<\/p>\n<p>c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Salary between \u00a0Rs.10001 to 15000\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0= \u00a0\u00a0Rs. 300 per day<\/p>\n<p>d ) Salary \u00a0Rs.15001\u00a0 &amp; above \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0=\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Rs. 400 per day<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Penalty for late coming \u2013 Workers <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maximum 3 times in a month will be provided as grace\/exemption \u00a0up to 9.05am<\/p>\n<p>2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b)After 3 times each late will be deemed as half day<\/p>\n<p>3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 On any day late after 9.15 will be deemed as half day for that day<\/p>\n<p>4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No worker will be allowed to resume duties in Second half without due permission at least one day prior.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Exception :- <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Once in a month at the discretion of HoD \/ AGM &#8211; SG Patil \/ MD genuine case will be entertained.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Leave :-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All employees &amp; workers shall\u00a0 approve their intended leave by the concerned authority at least one day before intended leave.<\/p>\n<p>2 ) The same\u00a0 duly approved leave application should reach to HR department\u00a0 before starting intended leave.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Exception :- <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Once in a month at the discretion of HoD \/ AGM &#8211; SG Patil \/ MD genuine case will be entertained.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Absenteeism :-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Any employee \/ worker \u00a0remains absent without prior permission of concerned authority will be penalized by deduction of 2 \u00a0working days payment.<\/p>\n<p>Exception :-\u00a0 Once in a month at the discretion of HoD \/ AGM &#8211;
