This workshop will also clarify the scope and design features of the competency project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participants:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Project Counterparts\/General Manager of HR<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Duration:<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 days<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The workshop will be divided into two days discussing the following topics:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Day 1: Describing general understanding of competency model<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The materials for day 1 should at least include the following issues:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Concept of competency<\/li>\n<li>Components of competency<\/li>\n<li>Competency model development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Day 2: Defining the scope and design of the competency project.<\/em> Depending on the client\u2019s need, the model should address the following design factors :<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>The context and scope of the project. Will the model be geared toward a specific function or total organization?<\/li>\n<li>The expected outcomes of competency model. Will the model\u00a0 be used to develop and train employees; or to design career development plan?<\/li>\n<li>The level of future orientation of the model. Will the model reflect future or current job requirements?
