Recruitment Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.1. Getting Recruitment Request<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Need to hire a resource can be due to any of the following instances:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Non-availability of existing resource to fulfill a new requirement.<br \/>\n\u2022 Replace an existing resource<br \/>\n\u2022 Vacancy created due to the resignation of a existing resource<br \/>\n\u2022 Recruitment as backup resource<br \/>\n\u2022 Other reasons as deemed fit by the CEO and Senior Management<\/p>\n<p>A recruitment request has the job specifications detailing the job title, mandatory skills, desired skills, responsibilities, location, start date, and approximate end date of the assignment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2.
