Quantity of work<\/h4>\n<p>\u2022 Competence, thoroughness, and efficiency of work regardless of volume.<br \/>\n\u2022 Neatness and accuracy.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Teamwork:<\/h4>\n<p>\u2022 Establish and maintain effective working relationship with others.<br \/>\n\u2022 Shares information and resources with others<br \/>\n\u2022 Follows instructions of supervisor and respond to requests from others in the team in a helpful manner.<br \/>\n\u2022 Contributing work and effort to group performance to meet agreed upon objectives and achieve team success<\/p>\n<h4>4. Job knowledge<\/h4>\n<p>\u2022 Application of appropriate level of technical and procedural knowledge in specific field<br \/>\n\u2022 Degree of technical competence<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding of job procedures, methods, facts and information related to assignments.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform duties with minimal supervision but seek guidance where and when appropriate to the job, consults the appropriate staff<\/p>\n<h4>5.
