Conscientious, thorough, reliable, accurate, with respect to attendance, relief, lunch breaks, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Judgment<br \/>\n\u2022 attitude. Exhibits enthusiasm and cooperativeness on the job<br \/>\n\u2022 Cooperation . Willingness and ability to work with others to produce desired goals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Initiative.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Rating scales<\/h4>\n<p>Rating scales can include 5 elements as follows:<br \/>\n\u2022 Unsatisfactory<br \/>\n\u2022 Fair<br \/>\n\u2022 Satisfactory<br \/>\n\u2022 Good<br \/>\n\u2022 Outstanding<\/p>\n<h4>4. Advantages of the rating scales<\/h4>\n<p>\u2022 Graphic rating scales are less time consuming to develop.<br \/>\n\u2022 They also allow for quantitative comparison.<\/p>\n<h4>5.
