In\ncase, the arrangement succeeds this number, it should be discussed with the\nmanager and the team members.<\/li><li>The request must be considered under the\nconditions mentioned above by the managers for approval.<\/li><li>It is at the discretion of the management to\napprove work from home or not and for what duration.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compensation of Employees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Work from home format<\/strong> doesn\u2019t affect the compensation of employees in usual circumstances.
