I am attaching a powerpoint presentation on Competency Mapping.

i have used it for training program in my organization just to give brief about what is competency, c. mapping, how competencies are measure i.e. behavior indicators, etc.

Hi Lakshita, great article.
I would like to add "Experience" as one more quality to Competency.
You have mentioned :KSA + Abilities.
"Experience is also very critical to be the best performer.
