My Dear Trainer Friends,
It's imperative to have backup of whatever the work we do, not only to safeguard our image as a loyal and hardworking employee but also to provide a solid platform and helping hand for others and thus it becomes a self-help guide without spending much time in induction for new joinees. 1) Training Calendar: This training calendar is a core part of T&D Dept. The training calendar is designed based on the organization's structure, it's competency, the business and the skill set required. Also with regard to the company policy or need the training calendar can be designed either monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or yearly. You can have a soft copy as well as a hard copy filed for your future reference and audit purpose. This training calendar will be having a column each for attendance % and Feedback% 2) Attendance sheet - Now this attendance sheet again becomes an integral part to track the participation and to find out if all the employee have undergone training in a quarter (as per the company policy) and also it becomes easy to know who all really require training in coming days or to say helping and holding hands with the weak links. Find the attached attendance sheet. A) Soft copy for maintaining in system. B) hard copy to be filed. 3) Feedback Sheet. Feedback sheet is very important to get the feedback from the participant about the trainer. This will help to know what the participant require with regard to training ambience, topics, content depth, presentation infrastructure etc. A) Find the soft copy to be maintained in the system B) Hard copy to be filed. 4) The last but not the least, find the attached Assessment sheet (preassessment-before the training and post assessment-after the training). This sheets needs to be sent along with attendance and feedback sheet to all the participants and their managers so keep everyone in the loop regarding the training. I hope the same will be helpful for all the one who are into training & development dept. Regards Jossan |
