Hi,
i'm a trainer who was originally with the BPO industry, and, as of now, i'm with the specialty food retail industry. Since i'm a little unsure about how to go about training for my new job, could someone help me out with details on how to make training for retail staff more exemplary? Have seen some really good ppts on this site,and hence, come to you guys with a lot of hope. Any suggestions would be helpful.
