have to deliver a lecuter to the Faculty of a reputed College of Pharmacy in Mumbai. These faculty train the Bachelor and Masters of Pharmacy students in one the best colleges.

As I come from the HR background and deliver offer an insight of the field of HR to various students of Management, professional studies, I think HR is what I must deliver to these faculty as well.

I have thought of the title of the lecutre as "HR Insight" and think of delivering what the Human Resources Departments expect from the professional students so that these faculty can download the same to their students and prepare and groom thema accordingly.

I would like to have my fellow professional, HR or other managers to tell me what more should I include? This is the chance we have got to reach to the educators... please pour ideas...
