I am Robbin, a trainer from Mumbai. I specialise on behavioural skills, softskills and retail. Please find some of my activities below and feeel free to call me back incase of any queries.

Since Jan 2006, working as a freelance trainer and project consultant for various training companies and consultants in Mumbai. During this tenure –

* Panel Member – Ziglar India, a leading international training company that is founded by Zig Ziglar that has its presence across the globe.
* Panel Member – Idea 7 Automotive, a retail solutions company that specialises in automotive performance management.

· Life skill trainings were delivered to NTPC, BNP Paribas, BPCL, Gupta Securities, Times of India and Tata Motor Finance for its middle level and senior level executives on behalf of Davar’s Corpexcel, a corporate training cell headed by Zarine Davar.
· Trained BPCL petrol pump dealers and their “In & Out” department store employees on Retail Management across the country on behalf of Trident Training Systems, Mumbai. BPCL training locations included Pune, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Chandigarh, Vijayawada and Nashik.
· Imparted training for Gini & Jony, Godrej’s “Nature’s Basket” and Damas on Retail Selling Skills, Operations, Customer Service, Grooming and Communication Skills on behalf of Trident Training Systems.
· Co-conducted “Train the Trainer” residential programme with Trident Training Systems for Shoppers’ Stop in Mumbai.
· Co-conducted “Made to Measure” residential programme with Trident Training Systems for Raymond Retail in Bangalore.
· Done Service Audit for Gini & Jony prior to designing the training module for them.
· Did Catchment Area Analysis for 10 locations of Reliance Fresh in Mumbai. This was done on behalf of Trident Training Systems.
· Developed a Product Manual - Fruits & Vegetables for Godrej Nature’s Basket single handedly. This work was outsourced to me by Trident Training Systems.
