Dear HRians
I am working in a Embedded S/w Org. Its a Design House and also we are into Design Services with a strength of almost 100 employees. I am asked to implement some HR policies in my organisation and i am only member in HR Team apart form the reporting manager. I have collected few policies but i am still looking for some more policies which can be applicable for my organisation. In this regard i am seeking your help.
