Hello Seniors,

I am currently working with well reputed software company in Hyderabad.

My husband is with development and he needs to travel often to different countries.

As I don't have any family member in Hyderabad, Its tough for me to stay alone for long time. I am stuck between Career & Family.

My husband wants me to join him where ever he goes, but in this case i have to leave my HR career and i need to be housewife.

I have another option for that i need your suggestions.

My husband is with Oracle HRMS functional consultant. He told me that if i will learn it then it will be easy for me to join his company as a functional consultant and then we can go together for any projects.

My question is: Is it possible to learn Oracle HRMS functionals? I am currently dealing with Oracle HRMS as a part of HR for records.

Please suggest me what should be the better option?
