Hi. I am working as an hr manager in hotel industry. As you, all must know that hotel industry work round the clock and there is no specific week off. Therefore, our department heads makes weekly duty roaster of their concerned employees. I have a doubt that if in the duty roaster an employee’s week off is on coming saturday and this employee is absent from monday to friday . So is that employee entitled for week off on saturday or not? If no than when can he take his week off?
