I need your guidance to get in to Personality Development(PD) Training.

I am currently working as BDM in a Software Company.I did my MBA specializing in Marketing,Systems & Entrepreneurship.I have a total work exp of 3.6 years in marketing,Sales & leading teams.I am a Mech. Engineering Graduate

But I always felt, I can justify my true potential in Behavioural Training .As of now I don't have any certifications & other stuff.

Can u please guide me in

* How to get in to PD Training full time
* What are the certifications that can be done
* What are the best institutes in India & Abroad that can train me

I am ready to Invest my time & resources to get a break in to this industry.
