Dear Seniors,

I have been offered the post of a HR Exec. in a marketing company. The catch is they are offering me the post as a consultant and a salary of 19000 -10.3% TDS. I have 3 questions on my mind, should I take up this job as a consultant, is the salary offered as per industry standards (I've got 15 months experience in HR) and when they say 19000-10.3%TDS, do they mean 19000-10.3%TDS per month or on CTC? Please help me out urgently, I am caught between two minds and I need to file my resignation.
