i m doing my MBA from IES, Bandra college.
doing my summer project in ONGC on implementation of IT in HR department.i almost completed my project. but at the end i find HR is not what i want to so as a very where same PA,payroll,benefits n all HR hav to do. which is almost same every where.
so i m planing to tak dual specialisation in (Major)marketing n (minor)HR as i cant do (Major)HR n (minor),marketing.
but i do so- in market which farea i should go, where both HR n market skills r required? if i take dual i will get temporary solution not long lasting.

so can u help m out what i should do.
which area will b suitable for m?
everyone said u decide where u feet? but i dont know in n out of both in detail as i m fresher. i want someones guidance, so it will help m to take decision.
please help m guide m
