Hi Friends,

I completed my graduation this year and had a gap of 3yrs after SYBcom. I have total of 7yrs of experience which includes 2yrs in Recruitment.. Now the problem is that I am planing to do a PGDHRM course from NMIMS which is a Distance Learning. However I have heard many ppl saying that it doesn't hold any value.. and wouldn't add value to my profile as well..

Can you guys please suggest if I should opt for this or no...

Hi Anita,

U have 2 years experience in recruitment,thats good.U can go for Distance learning and also continue ur job in HR field.But I think u go for Symbiosis Centre for distance learning B'coz its value is more than NMIMS.When u've experience in HR field the company doesn't look that u r completed ur HR from Full time or Distance Learning.
