Hello friend,

As I understand the control systems in HR will be establishment of HR processes including statutory requirements and the management control systems will ensure that these processes are followed:Just a few examples are:
Recruitment: Established process for personnel requisition to closing the vacancy – ensuring that process is followed and no shortcuts are allowed leading to difficult situations later.
Recruitment Cost – control
Background check - Mistakes in hiring may prove to be costly. Theft, drug abuse, assault, and frauds by wrongly selected employee can lead to significant loss.
Pay roll Control
Time keeping and control
Today's automated timekeeping technology is a powerful resource for businesses, both large and small. It is designed to offer exceptional convenience, and to substantially improve profit margins by reducing the cost of labor.
Performance Management – performance appraisals
Management control to ensure that the established system for remuneration adjustments, yearly salary rise, promotion decisions are taken in time and for the benefit of the organisation. Ensuring equity and fairness in such decisions.
Management control for recognition and reward system – as per the established preocdure.
Training and Development – all data relating to training and development – Management reporting
Statutory compliances: Ensuring a management control to ensure that necessary compliances are done in time. Compliances as required by factrories act and also environment control related regulations including pollution control, Ensuring that employment of contract labour are followed as per the safety norms, payment terms etc as per the statutory requirements.
Payments to exiting employees – PF and gratuity, Reports to various government bodies on manpower, board of apprenticeship,
Payments to PF trusts, ESI , employee welfare fund [ eg Bombay welfare act etc]

The management control can be ensured through audit of the documents and ensuring that non-conformities if observed are corrected and suitable improvement is made in the control mechanism.

Hope this will be useful

Regards
Jassica
