Pl help me out b'coz i hv been given a task of calculating productive man hours and at the same time i am supposed to analyse the exact man power required.
Actually ours is a company of 250 employees.. at present many of the employees are over loaded and at the same time some employees are totally ideal...
I hv been given the responsibility to organise & balance the work distribution evenly so that every one wll hv sufficient work load... if some one is ideal or has no work to perform he can be transferred to any other deptt.
pl help me out....
