regards I am working in a reputed comp as Asst mgr - Hr from last one year after my B.com i have done Post graduate diploma in personnel management & industrial relations.which was of one year regular course.Totally i have 5 years of experience in admin and HR field.Now for further enhancement of my career which course will be highly beneficial ? Distance MBA or Distance MHRM or Executive MBA ?or any other course ?
Please suggest.
