Hi,

Can anyone tell me why HR needs to work on odd shifts like 9pm to 6am!
Why HR job has to be in night shift, when we can do all our in day as well.

Recently I was offered an HR job in a company but they expected me to work in odd shifts. I am in a company who has 9 to 6 job and I do end up working till 8 also sometimes...long hours are not issue but is there any need for HR to be in odd shifts?
