Finding a job in HR as a fresher is a bit tough with a premier organization due to the requirement of higher level of functionality and efficiency.

What you can still do is get a position as a fresher in the banking sector or any BPO, these are the places with highest amount of iteration and hence they are in constant requirement of HR personnel.

Also once you have an experience of more than a year you can opt to move out, also these industries would be a good learning experience.
