Arrow HR in Advertising sector
Dear Seniors,

I want your opinion on entering into Advertising sector as a HR professional with 2 yrs experience. Is this move advisable?
How is professional growth for a HR person in this sector?
The previous experience of 2 yrs is in HR but into a totally different sector. Is this move justified?

Expecting your guidance in this regards.
