Default Salary for Social Organisations/VOs/NGOs
Dear seniors,
is there any definite rule for the salary structure in Social Organisations/Voluntary Organisatins/NGOs. I want to know because these organisations pay very less even if one is MSW/MBA or higher qualified in the area. i am in a social organisation and love my work but not satisfied with the salary and same with many of my friends.

please guide
