This person will be responsible for handling the operations team and working with the VP – Operations. We have 8 divisions under the operations team:

The key responsibility of this person will be looking after these divisions and ensure an integrated and coordinated team approach in providing learning solutions.

2] VP – Business Development

This person will be responsible for leading the Business Development team and help the sales team deliver their financial targets.
He will be responsible for getting in business and targeting new clients.
This person must possess strong consultative, proven strategic selling abilities and be able to interact with company executives and other team members.
He must have the ability to generate leads, set appointments and present both over the phone and in person. Should possess Cold-calling skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision and be self-motivated. Develop and qualify leads, phone prospecting, setting up appointments, preparing and presenting sales proposals, closing deals.
Actively and aggressively prospects for new clients by generating new leads.
Turns potential leads into sales results.
Actively identifies client needs and ensures profitable solution based selling to increase revenues and create value added customer relationships.

This person will be responsible to head SMM-ART choice, which is the recruitment firm. He/She will have to reset the entire recruitment process and develop a team under him or her. He/She will also be looking after setting HR systems in other organizations and look after revenue generation. He/She is required to interact with clients and identify the needs, which position are required to be filled and accordingly provide the service of recruitment.

4]Sales and Marketing Head

This person will be responsible for following:

· Establishing a team in SMM-ART Sales and Marketing.
· Tying with different outlets for Sales of Audios and Videos.
· Promoting various services and products of organization.
· Putting stalls at various events and exhibitions.
· Co-ordinating with Media and Radio stations for Coverage and talk shows of Various Training Programs.
· Patenting of the Titles of various programs and Audio/Video CDs/DVDs.
· Formulate and agree the sales, channel, marketing and customer satisfaction plan and propose the resources needed to implement the plan.
· Marketing plans, strategies and executing Membership and Banqueting Sales and other revenue generating targets.
· To achieve or exceed sales target as set by the Management.
· Lead, supervise, monitor and organize all resources to carry out sales & marketing implementation exercise.




Desired Profile:

* At least 8 years of experience in sales & marketing & corporate communications, in a managerial capacity.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both in written and spoken English.
* A strong team leader with high level of creativity and enthusiasm.
* Able to work in a fast-moving environment under intense pressure.
* At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Have proven sales track record
