Arrow Hi

Dear,
What sort of analysis do you need.

The Key measurables in recruitment are as follows,
Cycle Time (Time between HR receiving a position/Opening to the position being closed)

Average Time a position was vacant (Self Explanatory)

Sources of Talent

Budgeted Cost to Hired cost

Interviewed Vs Shortlisted Vs Offered Vs Joined

Hiring Cost (Paid to consultants etc)

Then there is demographic analysis

i.e. Age, Sex, Socioeconomic indices, Marital Status.

Post hiring you can also analyze the impact of these demographics to determine which ones are the most productive and stay the lognest.

If this is what you need I can create a template for you.
If you need any more parameters added do let me know.

Regards,
Ankita
