Offer to Joining Ratio

Hi All,

I am working as Sr. HR Exec in a S/w Product Dev Org. We are a mid sized Org with 1000 people.

Can anyone enlighten me on the market standard of Offer to joining ratio in mid size and large size S/w organizations.
