I am a regular visitor of this site, though I am not from HR field, but I like reading the inspiring and motivating articles here.

I had a query and thought that this is the best place to ask the experts.

My sister is pursuing MCA and she will be completing her degree by this month end.
She got a chance to complete her final year project in a good company in mumbai & she managed to complete the work assigned within the specified time limit.
Initially they told her that they may offer a job, but now they are not having any requirement at present, so they are offering to work without any salary. Is it advisable to join the firm?

It would be of great help if anyone of you are aware of some suitable vacancies for her preferably in mumbai/pune.
She is having a good academic record with 1st class degree and she has active in many extra curricular activities as well.

I can send her detailed cv if required.
