Lightbulb Liability clause that hold legal sanity

Dear All,

A Very pleasant evening and hope all are doing great!

In regard to the above cited subject, in our company we have an agreement called NDA agreement (signed on stamp papers) which states about the confidentiality and minimum service period as we incur lot on the training of associates who join us.

But I heard that some of the top notch companies in the industry do not use any kind of stamp papers for making their employees liable to the clauses of confidentiality and minimum service period and still holds the right to go legal against their employees in terms of breach of contract.

Can anyone please help me with such kind of format and liability clauses of appointment letter which can just be made on the letter heads and still holds the legal sanity.

Waiting to here from you....with a great respect to the forum.
