For ages, recruiters have banked on Campus recruitment to attract the fresh "mouldable" talent. However, not all recruiters are successful in getting the most out of this.

We are startup company and we are planning to try our hands in Campus recruitment in the near future. I'd be glad if someone could brief me the DO's and Dont's of Campus Recruitment ( from a Recruiters perspective).
Furthermore, I'd be thankful if you guys could give me an outline about the entire modus-operandi!!
