Course from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan

Dear Members,

I have come across a CV of a person who has done a three year course from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad. after 10+2. The course name was not mentioned.

Just wanted to know if it is recognised institute and whether this course is equivalent to Graduation.
