I would like to know whether anybody has done any attrition analysis ,presentation or any report.

i am currently working on a attrition report, it would help me if i get some help on what points to be concentrated, in what way the report has to be presented.

Send me an email and request my Excel workbook, "free1997.xls". The last worksheet in the workbook is titled "Performance Turnover" and will give you insight into how to assess an organization's turnover, attrition, rate.
