The Key Expectations for IR position are :

1.Sound knowledge of Labour Laws
2.Good Exposure of Union Handling/LTS
3.Min.5-6 yrs of experience.
4.Maturity in Dealings
5.Good Networking with Govt.Officials
6.Preferably from Chandigarh or HP.

The Key Expectations for Instrumentation position are :

1.Sound knowledge PLCs-Allen Bradely/Mistubishi
2.Exposure of working in Projects
3.Min.5-6 yrs of experience.
