Performance Grading
Hi All,
Due to the challenges faced in IT industry on retaining people. Our company has decided to have a grading system to distinguish top, medium and low performers. Thsi would directly be linked with their compensation.
The grading system we would like to build is not only on performance but also on the value of the employee in the organization with respect to his skill/knowledge etc.
Could someone help me in giving suggestions on same.
