Hi guys,

need help, M an HR executive with a leading org in educational industry and i need some guidelines for drafting the KRA s of faculties, career counsellors, etc, plllzzzzz help me out i do have the idea of KRA for mktg and ops as well as HR but this seems lil tricky so please expecting help here.

well there are no KRA for ppl working in EDUCATION , DEFENCE, MEDICAL fields.


In EDUCATIONAL field we create CITIZENS.
