From Balanced Scorecard to competencies..
hi all! i'm a new comers..
now i'm doing an assignment on my internships in a company about performance appraisal under manager level (that is: supervisor & staff). for your info, the company use balanced scorecard and competencies in appraising performance of manager and upper manager, and my assignment is making performance appraisal under manager level based on those things into competencies or some aspect that easier to be appraised. i've done with the competencies. now, i've a trouble in cascading the balanced scorecard into competencies or some aspects. the balanced scorecard perspective contains of: people, customer, process, and financial.
i need some suggestions about it...
